This page is the current list of Subprocessors authorized under §8 and Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum — the third parties Orchid AI Advisors engages to help provide the Service, and what each one touches. It is kept in lockstep with the DPA and the Privacy Policy's subprocessor table; per the DPA, Orchid will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email to the Client Admin before adding or replacing a Subprocessor that processes Personal Data.
