Nishant Singhal is an architect and AI infrastructure leader focused on bringing enterprise-scale AI into real business systems. Over twenty-five years, he has partnered with eighteen organizations to gather requirements and establish data models and modeling standards at scale. He pairs that with deep, hands-on expertise across the modern data stack and a wide range of database platforms — spanning both on-premise and cloud environments.
His work covers cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and infrastructure automation — the technical scaffolding that lets organizations use AI reliably and securely. He even designed a custom bot that automates data-architecture workflows in erwin®, turning hard-won architectural expertise into reusable tooling.

As the primary architect of BizPerks®, Northwest Airlines' frequent-flyer program, Nishant designed the application from inception through full deployment. When Northwest merged with Delta in 2008, Delta carried forward only a select few Northwest applications — and BizPerks® was one of them.
Rebranded as SkyBonus®, it still generates millions of dollars in annual revenue for Delta Air Lines today — proof of systems that scale, drive measurable business value, and endure even major enterprise transformation.
